Today I decided to check out RoCitizens. This is a game that already exists since 2013 and still has thousands upon thousands of people playing every single day. But is this game really as good as people claim it to be? Let's find out!
So if you join RoCitizens for the first time, you obviously will get a small little look at the world and then be asked if you're a male or a female. So you pick your gender and then you spawn. You only have 1600 dollar in this game which is not a lot. There are 9 different houses you can buy, plenty of furniture, plenty of clothes and you can rent an apartment.
Now, with the new update RoCitizens has released, you are able to buy Rainbow Furniture which I find to be very epic. Aside of all of that, RoCitizens is nothing more than a roleplaying game. All you basically do in this game is find a job, buy a house, decorate it and roleplay.
Making money in this game is hard at the beginning but will become easier the more you do a job. There are also Twitter codes you can redeem in this game which are given out by the developer on Twitter (his Twitter is included in the social links tab under the game description) these Twitter codes can give you money or furniture. There are plenty of customization options inside of the game for both your character, as well as your house/garden.
Like I said, RoCitizens is more of a roleplaying type game. I did explore a bit of the world and what I've seen from it, it looks really beautiful. There's plenty of cars we can buy and even art at a museum! There's a school, a hospital, police station and so much more. Even a playground for kids! So there's plenty of things to do in this game and while you're roleplaying, there's plenty of things you can visit and see.
Personally, I do not really play these roleplaying games, but I like to check them every now and then to see what's new and to see what has changed. RoCitizens has plenty of new things that look really cool and it's really cool to see that this game is still up. It's part of the remaining frontpage ROBLOX games from back in the 2012-2015 era, which most of these games are not even found on the frontpage nowadays. So that means that RoCitizens does really, really well! Like I said, RoCitizens is not my game, but I do respect the time, effort and dedication that the developer has put into this game for over 7 years at this point, big thumbs up! I'd rate this game with a 7/10. Especially because this game is still on ROBLOX and not many games keep up the spot that RoCitizens had back in the day and that it has now.
